Roman Blinds

I saw a tutorial of how to make your own roman blinds out of fabric and mini blinds. I wanted to do something to the blinds in Camden's old room/playroom/soon to be Kedric's room. I thought I'd give it a try. I found this fabric at IKEA and snatched it up. 

I already took the blinds down in the pictures...but here is a before. I am eventually going to cover the blue camo up with white fabric.

All-in-all I think it turned out good. They take a little finesse to get up and down but mostly they work great. I'm thinking about making them in my kitchen.
